I was in bed unlike you weird lady! Yes we did the gingerbread from scratch! I went to her house 2 days prior to decorating and helped her make them- and yes the candy disappeared while we made it- but we don't let the kids touch the stuff on the house- I'm a germ freak- that's all I see on that candy! Nothing in the boys' room got ruined- well- the carpet padding did- they need to bring some more of that in once the carpet dries. Love you! I am so sorry you had that happen. At least it is cleaner water than beckey had. I love the gingerbread idea--I wish i had the talent to build them.
